Tallinn is a highly compact city, most of which can easily be explored on foot without the need for taxis or buses.

Wandering around from the Old town to the Hipster district, make sure you pass by the St. Nicolas Church, St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, walk by the Patkuli Viewing platform, and walk on Tallinn Town Wall, have a good sunny brunch at the gothic town hall, walk to Viru street to see the gate, rest in the tower’s square park, check out the Marzipan (my fave treat (^^,) ) museum, Toompea Castle is magnificent too! Imagine what your life would have been if you were a princess in a Tsar world, living at the Kadriorg Palace.
Walking on this beautiful Old town’s lanes, called St Catherine’s passage.
